Audiovisual/Teaching Support Services
Audiovisual/Teaching Support Services offers audiovisual equipment, facilities, services, and support to UT Health Science Center faculty and staff for the purpose of teaching and learning.
Description: Audiovisual/Teaching Support Services provides support for laboratory and the classroom. Services include:
- Laboratory space and equipment
- Microscopes
- Computers (laptops)
- Data projectors
- Expert technical support
- Support for audiovisual equipment and assistance in its use in the teaching environment
- Expertise in the maintenance and installation of audiovisual equipment
- Repair and maintenance of departmental audiovisual equipment
- Operation support upon request
for conferences
- Expert technical support personnel and equipment availability for on-campus and off-campus conferences
- Class equipment support
- Regular audiovisual equipment maintenance checks by technicians

Requirements:
- Equipment scheduling must be done 24 hours in advance.
- Events scheduled before 8:00 A.M or after 5:00 P.M will require an overtime charge.
- Weekend scheduling will require an overtime charge. Off-campus events also require additional fees.
