Server Management Agreements

A Server Management Agreement is a contract between IMS Systems & Network Operations and any UT Health Science Center San Antonio department to maintain servers.

Description: The service includes: backups, restores, monitoring, account administration, off-site tape storage, hardware maintenance, and vendor interface.

Turn Around Time: Dependent upon requested time frame and move of equipment, requirement for uptime during business hours, etc.

Cost: Varies based on number of servers, application support, storage and database recommendations/requirements.
