Mobile devices are offered as a service from Information Management Client Support Services (IMCSS) to faculty and staff.
Description: Many mobile device types and service plans are offered and change frequently. We invite you to visit the vendor links below to see the current offerings. Once you have decided on a particular device, return to this page for additional information on voice and data plans and ordering information. The department is held responsible for lost/stolen or damaged equipment.

Time Constraints: Our goal is to process Service Request Form for new phones within 3-5 business days.
Turn Around Time: Varies but is usually no more than one business week.
Cost: Dependent upon device and plan(s) selected. Please see information provided below. * Most related plans will incur a
$2.00 per month surcharge for IMCSS administration and support.* A $5.00 fee will also be incurred for service and/or feature changes. * All charges are billed to a departmental Project ID.
