Description: Creation of an e-mail discussion list on the Health Science Center's listserv.

Requirements: The purpose of the list must be in support of The UT Health Science Center mission.

Restrictions: List owner must have a UT Health Science Center e-mail account.

Time Constraints: None

Turn Around Time: 2 business days

Cost: $50.00, one time setup fee

Request Instructions: Submit a Service Request Form with the following details:

• Preferred list name (1 word, 3-16 characters)
• Full list title
• Description of the list
• E-mail address of owner(s)
• Other settings will be coordinated directly with the requestor
