Description: The telephone switchboard operators can assist customers in a variety of ways:

• Telephone conference calls
• Locating a foreign language translator upon request
• A Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) is located in the Briscoe Library and University Police to assist the hearing impaired
• Long distance and international dialing assistance
