We are processing an upgrade to the Virtual Private Network (VPN) system. Users will experience minor connectivity issues during this activity. We do not anticipate any service major interruptions to internet access, but as with any maintenance it is a possibility. User's computers will be upgraded at the next connection attempt after this service. Goto VPN installation instructions on the IMS webpage for assistance.
