Student Administration system including Student Self Service, Faculty/Advisor Self Service , and Enrollment Verification will be unavailable during maintenance.
The Student Administration system will be patched with quarterly regulatory updates and vendor patches.
Wednesday, May 23, 2012, 12:00 p.m. through Tuesday, May 29, 2012, 8:00 a.m.
PeopleSoft HCM 8.9, including Employee Self Service, will be unavailable.
Over the Memorial Day weekend holiday, the Health Science Center will upgrade the PeopleSoft HCM system from version 8.9 to 9.1. This will allow for continued enhancements
and streamlining of processes in the offices of Human Resources, Payroll Services, and Budget and Financial Planning. To provide time for the HCM
Upgrade team to configure the new system and thoroughly test its functionality, PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 including Employee Self Service, will be
unavailable on the dates and times as noted above. This means department users will not be able to access information withing HCM, initiate changes or run reports/queries.
