Operator Services
The telephone switchboard operators can assist customers in a variety of ways:
- Telephone conference calls
- Locating a foreign language translator upon request
- A Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) is located in the Briscoe Library and University Police to assist the hearing impaired
- proper maintenance is performed;
- Long distance and international dialing assistance
