IMS Service Desk
The mission of the IMS Service Desk is to provide effective resolutions to daily challenges, enhance the productivity of the HSC community, and to empower our users by making information technology accessible. We achieve this by providing customer-focused quality services and support.
Description: Provides support in the following areas:
- Canvas
- Computer-related problems
- Phone, mobile device & network concerns
- PeopleSoft or Data Warehouse issues and training
- Password reset assistance
- Software questions
- General information
Cost: None
Service Request Instructions:
- Login to the IMS Self Service Portal
- Select My Services
- Search or select the category
- Click Raise Request and add the requested information
- Click Submit to view your Reference number
You may check the status of your request under My Requests by opening the desired request and reading the Diary tab.
Updates may be made under the Update tab of the request or by replying to the emails you receive from the IM Self Service Portal.
You may also email the Service Desk, walk-in to the TechZone, or call the IMS Service Desk.
