Enterprise Systems & Operations (ESO) provides leadership in technology and information-based services that support the mission of UT Health San Antonio. ESO manages core infrastructure and enterprise systems, including cloud research data, server and storage solutions, and business and clinical application integrations. The team ensures secure, reliable technology that empowers research, education, and patient care across the university.

IMS offers support for clinicians and staff who need access to Epic training and resources. IMS coordinates training sessions, account access, and education materials to ensure users can confidently navigate the Epic electronic health record system. Our goal is to help clinical teams use Epic effectively to improve patient care, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

Business Systems Services provides maintenance of day-to-day operations of enterprise administrative systems which serve faculty, students, and staff. The services and expertise include Database Administration, Enterprise System Maintenance and Production Support, Application Access Management, Application Security Management, Accounts Management, Reporting and Analytics, and Integration Services.
