Server Management Agreements

A Server Management Agreement is a contract between IMS Systems & Network Operations and any UT Health Science Center San Antonio department to maintain servers.

The service includes: backups, restores, monitoring, account administration, off-site tape storage, hardware maintenance, and vendor interface.

Turnaround times are dependent upon requested time frames and equipments, and requirements for uptime during business hours, etc.

The costs will varies based on number of servers, application support, storage and database
