We maintain an Apple Authorized Service Provider relationship between the HSC and Apple and can service any Apple product, under warranty and associated with the HSC . Typically, Apple ships replacement parts overnight.

Dell Warranty Service

We maintain a Tier II, self-servicing account for the Health Science Center with Dell. We are certified as Dell Warranty Service Technicians. We can service any Dell product under warranty and associated with the HSC. Typically, Dell ships replacement parts overnight.

Lenovo Warranty Service

We maintain a Tier II, self-servicing account for the Health Science Center with Lenovo. We are certified as Lenovo Warranty Service Technicians. We can service any Lenovo product under warranty and associated with the HSC. Typically, Lenovo ships replacement parts overnight.
